His calling is to bring the words of life to the "called out" ones, who some refer to as the Church. He flows in the gifts of the Holy Spirit with a revelatory insight and a right "now" word to bring encouragement and direction to those who are seeking a living powerful God.

Budd is such a blessing. I’m so thankful for His life and ministry. One thing I admire and respect about Budd is his ability to be flexible with what the Lord is doing. He yields to the Holy Spirit. We had a service where he was set to speak, but the Holy Spirit was on the move and his time to share got cut substantially. The grace he exemplified was encouraging to watch.
